Day 01 Delhi: Arrival at DelhiDestinations : Delhi - Varanasi - Khajuraho - Orchha - Jhansi - Agra - Jaipur - Udaipur - Mumbai - Goa - Delhi - Mumbai Warm welcome awaits by our representatives as you arrive at the Delhi International Airport. You will be eventually transferred to the hotel where you can relax for a while. India's favourite metropolitan and also the current capital city has a lot to flaunt about. Be it the current lifestyle or massive history behind the city. It is one of the favourite destinations for those who want a good blend of the past and the present. Your night stay will be in Delhi in the hotel.  Day 02 Delhi: Sumptuous breakfast in the hotel in Delhi and you a good to start touring India's capital city. Start with sight seeing Old Delhi. Visit to Raj Ghat- This place is Mahatma Gandhi's memorial site where he has been cremated. You will then be driven to Jama Masjid which is perhaps one of Asia's largest mosques and place of historical significance; next to Red Fort; a palace built by the Mughals. Post lunch, you can enjoy a cycle ride from Jama Masjid to Chandni Chowk; old and a very famous market place in New Delhi. Here in New Delhi, you can spend more time as our representatives will guide you through different parts of the city. You will get to see Humayun's tomb, Qutub Minar, Rajpath, India Gate, Parliament house, President's residence, Lotus Temple and Birla Mandir. Rest of the night can be spent in your hotel. Day 03 Delhi – Varanasi: By Air After you breakfast at the hotel in Delhi, you will be driven to the airport to fly to Varanasi where you will be chauffeured to a hotel there. Varanasi; named after two streams 'Varuna' and 'Assi' running through the North and South of the city has a lot to offer. Immense history and culture rests in the arms of Varanasi. Soul stirring hymns and shimmering Ganges, rich arts and education, lovely temples everywhere Varanasi knows exactly how to keep its visitors occupied. Watch Banaras silk clothing in the making if you have ever wondered where the art came from. Visit Sarnath which is 5 miles away from Varanasi; an ancient sacred Buddhist site. Evening and night stay in Varanasi. Day 04 Varanasi – Khajuraho: By Air To enjoy the best of Varanasi; begin at 5:00 AM in the morning and head to Dasaswamedh Ghat for a boat ride to River Ganges to watch the sunrise and to the best of traditions in India. Guided tour to Bharat Mata Temple, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple and University campus of Arts. Drive to the airport to reach Khajuraho famous for its very famous dance festivals and ancient temples. Located in the north most Madhya Pradesh, this city is known for its erotic stone carvings in all the temples. Enjoy the evening watching light and sound show at the temple arena and relax the rest of the time in the hotel. Day 05 Khajuraho – Orchha – Jhansi – Agra: By Road After breakfast and visit to Eastern and Jain temples in Khajuraho , head to Orchha. A medieval city by Bundela rulers, offers sightseeing in the Fort Complex. Head to Agra to admire Mughal architecture. Spend the night in Agra. Day 06 Agra: Post breakfast, head to Taj Mahal. Architectural marvel and one of the wonders of the world. Taj Mahal was built by Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz. Little needs to be said about the beautiful carvings on the marble walls in Taj. Head to the Pearl Mosque- Agra Fort next to see the best of Mughal Architecture. Afternoon, visit Fatehpur Sikri to see the ruins of the 16th century come alive in front of your eyes. Also, visit Buland Darwaza; built by Akbar and spend the night in Agra. Day 07 Agra – Jaipur: By Road 221 km in 6 hr Post breakfast at the hotel, drive to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri. Call it the capital city, pink city or the romantic city of Rajasthan, Jaipur has some splendid experiences to make sure its visitors come back again for more. Visit Birla Temple in the evening where heavenly luxury is depicted at its best by Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Narayana. Witness auspicious Arti ceremony- an oil lamp ceremony done to evoke the deities. Spend the night in Jaipur. Day 08 Jaipur: Visit Amber Fort where a ride on the elephant ascend you to the fort. A romantic fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles of expression. Continue to City Palace which takes you to traditional Rajasthani and Mughal Era. Here you can stop to see Shri Govind Dev temple, Chandra Mahal and the City Palace Museum. Also visit Jantar Mantar- A well-preserved observatory with old astronomical instruments. Hawa Mahal, also called as 'Palace of Winds' has 953 niches and windows with elaborate balconies dedicated to the women in the palace. These architectural beauties cannot go amiss! Spend the rest of the night in Jaipur. Day 09 Jaipur – Udaipur: By Road 300 km in 6 hr Drive to Udaipur post breakfast. Palaces, lakes, gardens, temples and a lot more awaits you here. Walk around and enjoy the scenic Udaipur for the rest of the evening and rest in hotel in the night. Day 10 Udaipur: Begin the city tour with City Palace where peacocks might welcome you in its courtyard. Visit Sahelion-ki-bari, Jagdish Temple and Royal Cenotaphs. Evening will be spent in Lake Pichola where you can see Udaipur looking at its best, continue to Jag Mandir Palace- an island palace and monsoon palace. Spend the rest of the night in Udaipur. Day 11 Udaipur – Mumbai - Goa Post breakfast in Udaipur, you will be driven to the airport to fly Goa via Mumbai. Located in the western coast of India, Goa will be a big shift- from traditional India to modern India. The trip until now took you through the Era of the Mughals and many others and now culminates with meeting the Portuguese! Spend the night in the hotel or walk around the beaches. Day 12 Goa: Beaches, churches, endless parties, shopping streets will keep you rolling from one place to another all through your stay here. Explore as much as you can and you can choose to spend the night in the hotel or stroll around more. Day 13 Goa – Delhi / Mumbai: By Air Enjoy the sunshine and the chirpy people of Goa in the morning along with your breakfast at the resort and proceed to the airport in the noon to board your flight to Mumbai/Delhi according to your connecting destination flights with colorful memories and joyful experiences of the tour. |
