LANDMARK GOLF CLUB, DEC: - 13 & 14 - 2003
We Played the North course on both days!
The weather was wonderful on both days and the scores reflected the conditions, we enjoyed perfect golf weather, it was really beautiful, very little wind, middle 60's and crystal clear.
Low Gross Scores were outstanding! Tom Klauda on Day 1 shot a marvelous 72 ( Doug Martin, no stranger to our winners circle, shot a nice 75 on day 1 . ON DAY 2 JIM McCARLEY DECIDED TO TAKE NO PRISONERS AND THREW A FABULOUS 69 AT THE GROUP OF REALLY TOP GROSS PLAYERS! Craig Armstrong came closest with a very fine 77.
Net scores were outstanding as well, Rich Lepke one of our top gross players with a 2 index shot a net 71, followed closely by Bob Radabaugh who shot a wonderfull 73.
Seniors played the same tees as the younger group, Low gross Day 1 went to Eddie McCoy with 76, Low Net went to Ed McCoy with a 70. On day 2. Low Gross went to Ed West with an outstanding 78. Low net went to Brian Yeowell with 74.
Skins on day 1 were worth $575.00 they went to Neil Oettinger, Ed McCoy, Jim McCarley and Bill Fernandez (Three Eagles out of four skins).
On Day 2 there were seven skins worth $285.00 each! They were won by Teruko Kobayashi (2), Jim McCarley (2), Bob Radabaugh, Mike Martin and Ron Hobbs.
